MONEY, MINDSET, LEVELLING UP (Part 4)

What is a typical money making opportunity for many Nigerians?. An opportunity that wouldn’t require work, time and commitment.

Sad but true.

Many people try to circumvent these 3 important things when in search of financial independence:

Work

Committed investment in knowledge and self

Time

You see, if any money making venture you are presented with doesn’t require you to invest in these 3 things, then it is most probably a SCAM. Scammers know this and they use it to their advantage well. They will present a money making opportunity you only need to throw your money at, do nothing and wait for an absurd amount of returns. I repeat, nothing that would improve any area of your life, especially your finances will do away with you investing in knowledge/learning, commitment, time and work. The proportion of these vital elements might vary from business model to business model but they are definitely there.

Whatever you can’t learn, doesn’t have a comprehensive business model and wouldn’t require any sort of work or commitment shouldn’t be what you are venturing into. People might not be comfortable with this discussion because they know it will lay demands on them. This is the reason not everyone is rich or successful. The true path to financial independence and success is the path less travelled because of the sacrifices embedded. When people reach out to me for additional side income ideas, one of my first obligation is to bring them to this consciousness.

I tie financial upgrade to personal development so well that you immediately understand that it’s serious business. If more people have this mindset towards money or anything at all, they already have a good foundation for success. Like i said earlier, “the path to financial success is the path less travelled.”
