SHOPPING MALL
Freda was inside the shopping Mall, shopping for herself and her friend, Ximena.
She had been trying to reach Ximena on phone since she arrived from Paris but her number wasn’t reachable
Freda was partially worried about her friend. Ximena was someone that couldn’t do without phone but she convinced herself that Ximena was enjoying her marriage, maybe that was why her friend forgot to call her.
Freda bought a lot of expensive clothes, shoes and bags. She strolled to the checkout, putting her credit card on the cash desk
After making the payment, she walked out of the shopping Mall as her bodyguard helped her to put it inside the car boot
Freda thought of visiting her friend and to give her everything she had bought for her, she started the car and drove to Eyal Banks residence .

Freda stepped out of the car, picking two shopping bags from the car boot, and elegantly walked inside the house
She beamed with delight as she saw Eyal in the living room
“I’m so pleased to see you Eyal,” Freda said as she shook hands with him
Eyal nodded his head staring at the shopping bags Freda was holding
Freda put the two bags on the center table and sat beside Eyal still maintaining her smiling face
“Where is my friend? I’ve been trying to reach her but her line wasn’t going through, so I decided to pay her a visit today”
Eyal thought of an excuse to give Freda, he couldn’t allow her to see Ximena in her present condition, Freda would definitely tell Theodore if she found bruises on Ximena’s body and he didn’t want the old man to interfere in his marriage
“My wife is sleeping upstairs, I think she’s running a temperature and I’ve given her medication, she needs a lot of rest”
“Oh…. I hope it’s not something serious, you can take her to the hospital for proper check up,” Freda suggested
“She’s my wife, if it’s something serious I won’t be sitting down here, I just came downstairs so as not to disturb her sleep, I care so much about my wife and I don’t joke with her health,” Eyal tried to convince Freda
“I trust you Eyal, my friend is so lucky to have you, but I just missed her, can I see her before I leave?” Freda asked
It has been weeks she saw her friend last, she wanted to see how Ximena would look like, now that she married a caring husband
“You should know that your friend is a light sleeper, she’s so sensitive even in sleep, you will interrupt her sleep if you see her and that is not good enough for her health. I will inform her that you came, you don’t have to disturb yourself,” Eyal chose his words carefully
Freda agreed with him and handed the shopping bags to Eyal, she told him to give it to Ximena since she couldn’t see her friend, then she stood up and bade him goodbye
Eyal breathe a sigh of relief, thanking God for coming through for him, he picked the bags and walked upstairs
