Olive was Zoltan’s only sister, Zoltan was out of the country when his father forced Olive to marry Mark. He came back and noticed that his sister was experiencing domestic violence in her marriage but it was too late to save Olive
Mark killed Olive in a heated argument concerning the paternity of their child, Mark knew he wasn’t the father of the baby when Olive gave birth after seven months of their wedding
Mark unleashed his fury on his wife which led to her death
Zoltan took the baby to his house after his sister’s burial and took care of her
“My father indirectly killed my sister because he was totally fixated on money, Ruby is my niece but I decided to father her since I didn’t know her biological father and Mark rejected her because she wasn’t his child,” Zoltan muttered as Ruby’s body tensed up
“Dad! you’re not my father?” Ruby asked, the thought of questioning Zoltan agitated her extremely
“I’m not Ruby, I think Zane is your biological father, which means Olive didn’t abort the pregnancy she had for Zane before getting married to Mark,” Zoltan whispered
“Chester is my cousin, I can’t believe this,” Ruby held Autry tightly and wept on his shirt
She had never dream of having another father, Zoltan was the only father she knew and she had no doubt because Zoltan had been everything to her
Zane remain seated calmly, listening attentively to Zoltan, he couldn’t believe that he had a child somewhere
His wife couldn’t conceive and he had already gave up on having his own biological child, Zane’s anger quickly dissolved as it warmed his heart seeing his beautiful daughter

Mum do you know anything about it?” Maddox couldn’t keep calm, he wanted to find the culprit and seek justice for Ryder
“No, I couldn’t see the faces of those that killed Ryder,” Gracelyn murmured
“Fine, can I have my twin brother back?” Maddox asked Zoltan
“I wish I can grant your request but I’m sorry, I can’t, Chester is my son and I want it to continue that way,” Zoltan replied staring nervously at Chester
“He’s my brother and we are all leaving your house today,” Maddox scoffed giving Zoltan a stern glare, his face was hard and unsmiling
“Allow my son to make decision of his own,” Zoltan said in a low voice
Chester wandering gaze shifted reflectively to Zoltan as he carefully observed him, then he spoke up to ease the tense
“I love you Maddox, you’re my other half and I would love to stay with you and Henley because you’re my blood but I choose to stay with Zoltan, I will always come around to check up on you and you’re also free to visit me”
Zoltan had a big grin on his face as Chester finished speaking
“I respect your decision Maynard, we have no problem with that,” Henley said smiling at his brother
Henley was fine with Chester’s decision, he had no issues with it unlike Maddox
Zane stood up and moved towards Ruby, he held her hand and stared into her eyes
“Will you accept me as your father?” Zane asked
Ruby looked at Chester, then to Zoltan searching their eyes for an answer
Zoltan nodded his head, signalling to her to stand up
Ruby stood up and hugged Zane, inhaling his cologne
“Mum let’s go home, what are you still waiting for?” Maddox stood up and walked out of the dining room
He didn’t fully trust his mother, Maddox still had a doubt that Zoltan was innocent about his father’s death
