Looks like today Ronald is not going to rest until he gets what he wants, he has even forgotten the fact that he has a Zambian slay girlfriend at home that he hasn’t fulfilled any of the promises he made to way back in Zambia…… that for now is not his biggest problem, his biggest problem is the fact that it’s likely Melanie might forgive her own rapist……… he will not allow it
“I need evidence, I need many of them and I should destroy that bastard forever” he has no where in mind to get the evidence from except allying himself with Patrick Perry’s boyfriend, though he’s sure the boy will refuse to ally due to obvious reasons…..trying to protect his relationship with Perry but also on the lighter note…..he can use that relationship to threaten him…..blackmail him into giving in, so he hits the road headed to the guy’s home…………he refuses to call him because he wants it to be a surprise visit…………..
David is in his house getting Ready to go meet up with his friends, it has been two days ever since their encounter with Tobi yet despite their threats that day, Tobi has failed to oblige and he has gone ahead and block their calls so the best thing to do will be meeting Melanie and tell her everything so they are going to meet in order to plan on how to do it…….he’s almost Ready when Perry’s calls came in, he’s very annoyed…. he has had enough of the pretense and he seem not to like how long it’s dragging…….he had come purposely into her life in order to win her over after learning the young, beautiful second born of minister Pope Ronald was Rich and working on big big projects but after……he came under false pretense and the naive girl fell so hard for him….. he had promised himself that he will dig every little Penny she has out and by the time he finishes with her, she will be singing mubbi bubbi (Thief) by Maro……he stares at his screen for a while with anger in his face but decides to pick her call

“Hi love…… how are you today”
“I’m doing fine, I just came out of a meeting and will be heading for another in an hour time”
“Really??…. I’m so excited Baby….. I was worried, you haven’t been calling regularly”
“True sweetheart, I have just been so busy lately……is there something I should do for you”
“Yes….you see, soon my Dad is travelling out for a long period of time…..I wanted to make sure you guys meet at least before he goes” David is so annoyed and curses the day he met her
“We shall discuss this Darling…… Right now I’m busy and I don’t have time for this but we can do dinner later tonight”
“No problem my love…..take care and have a Nice stay…..I love you” he ends the call without answering her back
“Bitch…..I don’t think I still have the patience to go on with this show” he says to himself
“What are you up to you moron” Ronald’s voice brings him to the shock of his life, he turns all frozen and shocked
“You!!!!”
“Yes me Ronald…… how are you Patrick” David feels so awful and Ron ignores him and sits down
“How long have you been in here for”
“Not so lone ago, I called you when I got here and your line was busy, I checked with the gateman and he was not there and the door of the gaye was so wide so I just decided to walk in….. but I was here long enough to hear all dirty plans you have for my kids sis” David feels like disappearing
“Anyways,that’s not why I’m here……I’m here for a reason, a very big reason”
“Get straight to the point”
“Good…….five years ago, you and your crew committed a very big sin….you kidnapped and raped one Melanie” David look up in shock and wonders if Ron knows more than this
“I have no idea what you’re talking about”
“Cut me some slack, you already know what I’m talking about….. like I said five years ago, you did what you did and probably thought it would not come back I’m future……. you kidnapped her and took her to a place where you all took terns”
“Stop talking about what you have no idea about”
“You think I don’t know anything about this?….well let’s see”
“I’m not afraid of what you can or can’t do….I didn’t touch that woman and you have no evidence to pin this on me”
“Sure, you’re so right about all these things…..truly you didn’t rape her because we all now know who did it, so that’s why I’m here to talk business…..I need evidence”
“Hahahaha evidence did you just say?…… what evidence are you referring to, I don’t know if you already know but let me tell you….you’re looking at the wrong person”
“You really think I don’t know anything about you…well I do, I know so much about you and your friends, like how the three of you set Tobi up because you have always hated and envied him….you wanted to have everything that he had yet you couldn’t…..”
“I know you and your friends are still mad at him for what he did to you, as for me I’m so mad at him for ruining me….I need to deal with him but I need your help in doing so….if you’re interested in business, you call me and I can assure my sister and you will still remain together”
“Sorry….we know what to do”
“Really?…. if knowing what to do something is looking for Melanie and tell her who her rapist is, forget she already knows and she’s almost moving back to that house…. she’s forgiving the rapist” David is shocked….he looks at Ron like he didn’t hear what he just said but knows if this is true, then it’s obvious there is no need to tell her, they need to come up with something and Ron’s help would not really hurt…………..
Tobi and Mel continue to kiss like two hungry people whose lives depended on the kiss….he is pinning her on the wall and so lost they continue…..with so much effort, he’s able to break off the kiss and looks at Mel who is confused
“What was that you said” he asks
“I meant every sense of it Tobi, even if it means death, even if loving you means dying for it, I won’t just give up love because it’s one true thing I feel for you…..I have never felt it before all my life” they are just eating each other with their eyes not blinking much and they can’t take them away, Tobi leads Mel back to the bed
“Sit….” she does
“I missed you did you know that” he says
“You don’t mean it” she teases him
“Well how do I look?…. a total mess, this house has never been the same without you and Mira in it” she smiles, he’s just holding into her hands
“Melanie…. to start with, I know I owe you a lot of explanations but let me start by saying I’m sorry”
“Sssssh” she shushes him with kisses
“I don’t want to hear anything….I have already beard everything from my mum and that’s how I intend to leave it…..now more than ever Tobi sweetheart, o want us to take this far…..I’m so ready to be your wife whenever and how ever you want it, whether in church or in front of the law I don’t mind” Tobi is shocked
“Seriously….. are you serious”
“Yes…..very serious and you have no idea how anxious I am already” he pulls closer
“Then why don’t you my people move back already” he asks with dreamy sexy narrow eyes
“What?….. I thought you were going to say let’s first date a little for a while…this is too abrupt” their lips are closer again
“I miss those days you know, I don’t even know how it feels to be dating anymore….. how to be run after,chased, showered with courtship gifts every now and then”
“Hmmmmm!!!! Someone is definitely crazy”
“Ooh yes baby, so crazy for you”
“What if I say I want us to go out on vacation, to a country of your choice….. I have to take my people away” she remembers Mac telling her she was expecting their second child and she feels joyous and so happy
“What’s it Babe”
“Nothing….. she shifts away a bit and her face changes
” Tobi…do you think this is really over”
“Meaning what”
“Those guys, what if they all come back for revenge… what if they start scandal”
“Yeah and Ronald too Remember Melanie …..I didn’t say this but a while ago he was here before you came here”
“What?…. what was he doing here…what has gotten into that boy, I don’t get it”
“Easy sweetheart, he is just like a dog that barks up for nothing because it can’t always bite….Ronald is not a problem though he still has this idea that you will forgive him and get back with him”
“That’s his problem….I wish I had met him here”
“What would you have done”
“You see actually lately I enjoy his company” Tobi’s face turns red in jealousy and Mel laughs out loud
“I was only kidding and I needed to see how you’d react……Ron is my past and that’s where he belongs, things have changed and time is moving… if he refuses to move with time that’s his problem….. love is not just saying it but doing it, you plant it, nurture it, grow it into what you wanted it to be but he did non of those and abandoned me” Tobi smiles and gives her another kiss
“You have said it all…….let’s go bring my people home….my other favourite person is too much missed here…. I need to see her”
“You have no idea how much she has asked after you, she will be so happy so Let’s go but moving back in today, I can’t say it’s possible because people are already getting used to that house” they smooch for a while and she comes down to checkup with the maid..leaving him to get Ready…Mel didn’t wait for Tobi inside but she walks out of the gate to Wait for him by the roadside…….
Ronald drives his car from David’s and he’s now on his way back when he sees her, his heart jumps for joy, he thinks she has just arrived and might be on her way in to talk to Tobi but he chooses this time to want to talk to her and plant more doubts, and yes he is coming to talk to her….he gets closer but suddenly the gate open and Mel’s smile appears miles away, Tobi comes down to open for her but at first they kiss and Ronald who is watching from his car feels numb
“So I was right all along?…. so you foolishly forgave him, and fell right into his web of lies again..let’s see for how Long Melanie….. let’s see for how long but I swear the love I used to have for you is slowly turning into hatred” he gets out his phone and calls a number
“Hello can you grant me some of your free. time….I have a juicy story that may interest you and that can shake the whole country or even east Africa….” he smiles so mischievously.. waiting for a reply….
