Autry parked his car outside the gate and knocked softly on the gate while the gate man opened it
He introduced himself as Ximena’s boyfriend and the gate man gesture with his hand for him to enter.
“Thank you”, Autry mouthed, smiling at him as he walked into the house. He rang the door bell and waited patiently for someone to answer
A few minutes later, one of the maids opened the door and bowed her head slightly to signify her respect but said nothing.
“where is Ximena”? Autry demanded
“She’s upstairs sir, in her room”, she replied politely
“Can you please take me to her room”, Autry muttered
The maid nodded her head and led the way as Autry followed her upstairs
When they got upstairs, she didn’t speak, she just pointed to the next-door room, using her finger to give him direction and left.
Autry knocked on the door and Ximena opened it to see her boyfriend standing by the door.
All at once a sudden shock passed through her being, her eyes swam, and it seemed wrapped in a dazzling white mist.
They gazed at each other for a long moment, her shock and exhaustion too deep to fear the man who radiated power and control, even in a simple T-shirt
Autry finally broke the silence as he spoke up
“Mena are you okay, you scared me, I’ve been trying to reach you for the past one week, What’s happening? Are you sick?” Autry rushed his words
When her shock wore off, she responded timidly
“What are you doing here Autry?”
“Aren’t you happy to see me,
I missed you Mena”, Autry said in a hushed tone
“And who are you to miss my girlfriend?”
Autry looked towards the direction he heard the voice and saw the popular celebrity coming out of the bathroom with only a brief and a towel wrapped around his neck
Eyal moved closer to Ximena and hugged her from behind as he rested his head on her shoulder
“She was your girlfriend but she’s now my girlfriend, you want to marry a Politician’s daughter, you’re not even scared, how do you intend to take care of her?” Eyal uttered as he studied Autry’s face with mocking eyes, and his mouth twisted into a humourless smile.
Autry looked up in shock, mouth agape. Eyal’s words rang a bell in his head, first in disbelief, then in shock and finally, in anger. He felt as if he had been slapped.
“Mena tell me this is a prank, what is he talking about?” Autry asked
“I’m sorry Autry, it can’t work between us, find yourself another girlfriend, I’ve come to realize that we are not compatible, Ximena stated
Autry took a step backward, slowly the fact were beginning to seep through the layer of shock, he wanted to talk but tears rolled down his cheeks, in order to overcome that shame, he rushed out of Ximena’s room
He didn’t want to look weak before the so-called couple but he couldn’t help it
Autry got outside and walked dejectly towards his car. He opened it with a heavy heart, entered and rested his head on the steering wheel. Little while later, he zoomed off.
“Maybe love it’s not for me, maybe I should just give up on love, maybe all girls are all the same
Maybe”…..
He suddenly stepped on the brake as he looked up to see that the car was going off the road.
“Autry get hold of yourself”
He smashed his head and off the engine so as to calm himself and have his feelings under control before he continued driving

Ruby was seen sitting alone in the dark nearly twenty minutes before hearing a car approached
Autry noticed a girl sitting on a chair with her head on her laps and he was very concerned for her safety.
He stepped out of the car and moved closer to her, she didn’t raised her head as he approached, then he touched her hair in order to get her attention
She stood up and looked at Autry with tears rolling down her cheeks
“Why are you sitting in the dark alone, what if anyone try to harm you,” Autry said but she didn’t respond
“The weather is not friendly , you’d catch a cold for crying out loud”
Autry talked and talked but she refused to utter a word, so he got tired of persuading her and was about to leave when she spoke up
“Please take me to your house”
Autry paused and looked fixedly at her before responding
“Don’t you have a house to stay”?
“No”, Ruby replied
Autry thought about it for a few minutes, thinking of the possibility of suffering from harm if he left her there, so he chose to help her.
He held her hand in his as he walked her to the car.
