RYDER WRIGHT RESIDENCE
“Hey Vera!” Chester greeted her with a big smile
Vera shifted her gaze to the doorway as Chester entered the living room
“How are you doing Chester, Your friends are not around, they are not back from the office but you can wait for them if you don’t mind,” Vera uttered
Chester sat in the leather-upholstered chair and chuckled at her ignorance.
“I will wait for them,” Chester simply replied
She went to the kitchen to bring him a glass of juice and cookies but paused at the door, glancing at him a few times as he propped his head up with both his hands
Vera poured carbonated red grape juice into a long-stemmed glass and set the bottle back in the refrigerator
Getting back to the living room, Chester accepted the juice from her and thanked her
Chester made a gesture with his hand for Vera to sit beside him and she did accordingly, sitting quietly beside him.
“Can you tell me what you know about Mr and Mrs Ryder Wright, I just want to know about my friend’s parents maybe I can be of help,” Chester spoke in a soft voice
“You’re such a good friend Chester, My boss and his wife were so adorable, what a cute couple. My boss doesn’t deserve to die
I don’t know who killed him but I think the same person that killed my boss, kidnapped My Madam and Maddox’s twin brother,” Vera stated her opinion
“Thank you Vera… You can go back to the kitchen,” Chester said and walked upstairs to his parents room
He glanced up as he entered and turned the photo around so that he could see his parents picture again. Then moved to the closet and began to search, in case he found any secret but it was just full of designer suit
“Twinny!” Maddox yelled
Chester looked startled for a moment then composed himself
“You’re back,” Chester smiled and gave Maddox a hug
“Maynard! When did you arrive?” Henley asked as he walked inside the room and also hugged his brother
“Not quite long, just waiting for you here in our parents room,” Chester said and removed his mask
Maddox sat beside Chester on the bed while Henley sat on the couch in their parents room
“Is your man back? Do you notice anything strange in your house?” Maddox looked inquiringly at him
“No, he’s not back yet, he said he will stay for one week but it’s already getting to two weeks, I don’t know what is delaying him. He called me yesterday and said he will be back very soon, although he didn’t give a specific day
I have searched the whole mansion again and again, I didn’t see anything strange,” Chester explained to his brothers.
Henley looked at Chester with a thoughtful expression, he scratched his head and drummed with his finger on the stool beside him before he spoke up
“I stylishly asked Uncle Zane if he knows anyone called Zoltan and he said no, I’m just confused about the whole thing. How did you get to his house if Mum is not with him. Where is Mum and why did he lied to you that he’s your biological father?”
“Everything is just confusing, I didn’t suspect that he’s not my biological father because he took care of me like his son
Another thing is that I have a sister over there, I don’t know if she’s also adopted or she is Zoltan’s daughter. He told us that we are siblings, I don’t know what to think again, my head is spinning,” Chester said.
