Henley and Maddox came back from the company and met their Uncle with their family lawyer chatting and laughing with their grandparents in the living room
“My cute nephews how are you doing”? Zane greeted Henley and Maddox cheerfully
They side hug each other and Zane told them to have their seat
“This is Lawyer Ben, Ryder’s lawyer, I brought him here so that you can sign all the necessary documents of your father’s company
If you agree to sign , that means you will have to go with me to Sydney to take over the company
I’ve managed my brother’s company for twenty years and it’s time to hand over to you”, Zane stated his reasons for coming to Ottawa, facing Henley
Lawyer Ben gave the documents with him to Henley, while he glanced through it for few minutes and signed it
“All the knowledge you’ve acquired in Dad’s company
If you use it in your father’s company I’m very sure that the company will be more successful”, Zane conveyed the right tone for the conversation
“I will try my best Uncle and I won’t disappoint you” , Henley muttered
Maddox congratulated and hugged Henley, he was genuinely happy for his brother.
“I will miss you kids but I can’t stop you from going, always becareful and be a good boy”, Wright told his grandchildren
“Papa I don’t like to hear that statement that was the last thing Dad said before he died”, Henley frowned his face while Wright patted his shoulder to show that he was sorry
Leah began to cry as she remembered her son, Ryder.
“Nanna why you crying? Is it because we are leaving”? Maddox asked as he hugged his grandmother and stroke her hair
“I just remembered Ryder and I will also miss you when you leave”, Leah murmured
“Mother that’s enough, at least you have me and your grandkids”, Zane voiced out.
Leah wiped her tears with her shirtsleeves and hugged both her Grandchildren tightly….
