💠JADIEL POV💠
I rubbed my cheeks, already stressed out and biting my tongue to keep from snapping at my younger brother. Jose was such a thorn in the flesh—he always wants to do stuff that repeatedly annoys me
What I needed was to soak in a warm tub after having a super stressful day that led into a stressful evening. I sank in a Jacuzzi, my head sticking up out of a mountain of foam. I love soaking in a hot tub, closing my eyes for a few precious moments, I breathed deeply and let my breath out in a long, relaxing sigh.
A little later, I stepped out of the tub and dried off. I stretched and tried to relax, but my mind kept returning to Ria
I hesitated a moment longer and pulled out my phone, texted Ria and waited. It’d been seven weeks now and although she hasn’t texted or phoned me since, she had however, spoken to me often, most evenings on messenger chat
She just texted me back. I texted a quick thank you to her and returned the phone to my pocket.
After putting my shoes on, I stood in front of the mirror and checked my appearance. “I’m handsome” I smiled getting ready to leave the room
When I got downstairs, there I found my brother sitting on the couch and grabbed a young girl’s wrist
“I wish I was your mirror, so that I could look at you every morning” Jose said. His voice was so calm that I wasn’t sure I had heard him right. They make prolonged eye contact and I could see her blushing.
Jose flirts with every attractive woman he meets. He was dashing, self-confident and flirtatious. That was the reason why I couldn’t allow Aaliyah to stay with me.
“I think of you only twice a day ― when I am alone and when I am with someone else” Jose muttered
At last, I couldn’t control myself and burst out laughing. They looked at one another and glanced up at me. Jose rubbed his head and glared at me
“I’ll be back soon” I mouthed and walked out of the house

On the other side of the thick entry door was a sitting room with lush wine colored tile. Mr Nolan reclined on the sofa reading a magazine when I entered, he smiled as I greeted him and sat down on the sofa next to him
“You look so cute.That color is perfect on you” He complimented my appearance
“I really put a lot of thought into this, thank you for noticing.” I responded
Several minutes later, Ria’s footsteps sounded on the Marble stairs. She beamed up at me as she approached. I stood up and offered my arm, which she accepted.
“Dad, I’m going on a date with Jadiel” Ria informed her father
Mr Nolan formed the OK sign with his fingers and winked at her. “You are allowed to sleep over” He said in a lowered voice and shifted his attention to me “take care of my daughter”
Ria ducked her head, smiling shyly. She said a hurried goodbye to her Dad as she left. Mr Nolan laughed and he lifted a finger on his left hand to wave goodbye

I took Ria to one of my Dad’s restaurant, “JJC restaurant” meaning Jadiel and Jose Carlos.
I took her to the VVIP area. We reached a door finally and typed in the access code.
“How beautiful and lovely this place is!” Ria exclaimed
The restaurant was one that she had heard of and she was happy I brought her to enjoy. We took a table, I waited until she was seated and began ordering supper. The waiters served seafood, as well as steak, giving us a wide variety of food from which to choose
“I’ve made up my mind to forgive my friend. I miss him and I would love to visit him by early next week” I told Ria
“Wow! Since you’ve made up your mind, I think we should move after all” She said. A strange feeling of excitement filled her as she spoke and her eyes lit up. Then we agreed to travel to Milan to see Ric and Aaliyah.
After the evening meal, we toured the restaurant for nearly two hours and she was exhilarated and totally enjoyed our walk. I could feel that she was in an extremely good mood and was very excited about going out with me.
