The Jesus Slay Queens: Episode 23

I braced myself with my hands and looked up. It was obvious mummy Oladimeji was not done with me. But what really amazed me here was the fact that she was going to tell me what I dreaded most.

The more I prayed, the more I was scared of what lied ahead of me. At least I now knew what my father had hidden from me all this time. But I was more afraid of what was ahead of me. How am I going to survive?

This darkness in a territory I understood completely. A part of me knew what was coming. Although God had not brought up the subject, I knew it was coming anytime soon. This was something I dreaded most.

God was sending me back to Broadway academy. I knew it. I don’t know why he keeps insisting I go there, but I don’t think I can handle what is in that place. It’s better to be safe than to be sorry. You guys would keep hearing this from me.

Sorry, I’m still sounding stubborn, it’s my weakness. I inherited it from my dad and I would love that stubbornness to continue in this area alone.

Wait? Did I just say that? Ha! God forgive me. I’m sorry I said something about hat horrible. It’s obvious the stubbornness had not left me. Because blood is thicker than water. I don’t think I’ll ever be free of this stubborn spirit in me.

Mummy Agnes Oladimeji stood before me and shook her head.

“Juliet! Who is aunty Rhema?”

Haa! This woman is truly a Prophetess oooo. How did she see almost everything about me in a single night? God please! I really want to carry your power.

“She’s a lady that appeared to me in my dream”.

“And what did she tell you?”

“She told me that I am the one God has assigned her deliverance to. She told me that she is being attacked by the spirit of insanity and I would meet her in the future and rescue her,” I answered.

There was complete silence in the hall.

“Juliet! Do you know what they call inherited assignment?”

I shook my head in response.

“There’s something in the realm of the spirit called INHERITED DESTINY. This is the assignment of the fathers before you, but they failed to fulfill what God destined them to fulfill. So God had to postpone his plan bad wait for the next generation to show up.

When God was taking the children of Israel to the promised land. The bible tells us that the number of the men that left Egypt were 600 thousand. Out of that 600 thousand, only two which were Joshua and Caleb made it to the promised land.

Why! When God was taking them to the promised land, he told them he was taking them to the land flowing with milk and honey. He never planned to keep them in the wilderness for 40 years till the generation of the men who started the journey from Egypt were all dead .

He intended to bring them into the land at the beginning. But what happened? Why did God have to abandon them and wait for their unborn children to fulfill the assignment he literally had for them?

Do you remember David? I hope you know that the temple of Solomon we are all singing today was supposed to be called the temple of David?

Do you know that?”

My eye balls were widened in shock. Wait! Are you telling me that David was supposed to be the one who built the temple of Solomon?

“Let’s open our bibles! You’ll see how parents who have failed God in their generation, transferred their divine assignment to their children. Open to 2 Samuel 7:1,” she said.

The scripture was projected on the screen and read to the hearing of everyone.

2 Samuel 7:1 And it came to pass, when the king sat in his house, and the LORD had given him rest round about from all his enemies;

Verse 2. That the king said unto Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in an house of cedar, but the ark of God dwelleth within curtains.

Verse 3. And Nathan said to the king, Go, do all that is in thine heart; for the LORD is with thee.

Verse 4. And it came to pass that night, that the word of the LORD came unto Nathan, saying,

Verse 5. Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the LORD, Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in?

Verse 6. Whereas I have not dwelt in any house since the time that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but have walked in a tent and in a tabernacle.

Verse 7. In all the places wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a word with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar?

Verse 8. Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel:

Verse 9. And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth.

Verse 10. Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,

Verse 11. And as since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies. Also the LORD telleth thee that he will make thee an house.

Verse 12. And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.

Verse 13. He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.

Verse 14. I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:

Verse 15. But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.

Verse 16. And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.

Why did god stop David from building the temple?

Look at what David said in 1 Chronicles 22:7

And David said to Solomon, My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God:

Verse 8. But the word of the LORD came to me, saying, Thou hast shed blood abundantly, and hast made great wars: thou shalt not build an house unto my name, because thou hast shed much blood upon the earth in my sight.

Verse 9. Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days.

That was the reason why God rejected David. Too much blood on his hands. So the destiny David was supposed to fulfill was transferred to his unborn son.

Solomon had not even been born when God gave him this prophecy.

How old was Solomon when he became king. You won’t find this in the bible, but I did my calculations myself and found out that Solomon was only 20 years old, when the responsibility of his father was placed upon his shoulders.

The young man came to meet an assignment he never planned for. It was handed over to him by his father. Was it because God could not find a replacement during the time of David?

Was it because God could not find a replacement for the rebellious children of Israel?

Why did God have to wait till their children arrived?

There’s something called Destiny of Covenant. The reason why I am saying this is because, some of you have this mentality that if I cannot do it, God would raise another person to do it. That is absolutely true, but in the case of Destiny of covenant, God cannot do anything than to wait for the next generation”.

“Haaa!” Someone in the congregation screamed and fell under the anointing.

“Father show me mercy!” Another cried.

“Oh! So you don’t know! Ha ha ha ha! Keep wasting time! Your unborn children will come and meet you there. They will ask you daddy what happened?

Mummy why are you prayerless? Why is our family poor? Why have we been struggling like this?

Then you will tell them when I was a young lady, I used to sleep alot. While my mates were busy praying and paying the price to fulfill destiny, I was watching Zee world.

While I was a young girl, all I knew how to do was to chase boys around. From one boyfriend to another. While my mates were busy building their prayer life and preparing the way for their unborn children, I was busy aborting my unborn children in the hospital.

Mummy without power! Mummy without a prayer altar! Mummy that cannot see visions. Mummy that cannot dream dreams. Even the dreams God will out of mercy show you so that you can pray and stop the devil from harming your family or your loved ones. Sleep will not allow you to pray.

You will wake up from a terrible dream and adjust your blanket and go back to sleep. Powerful revelations that God will show you, Satan will quickly show up and hijack all what God showed you, because you’re not serious with spiritual information.

I dream, I cannot remember! You think it is ordinary! But you never take it seriously. Your sleep is what is very important to you! Continue sleeping. That’s how things will slip out of your hands.

Mummy without a prayer altar. Devil will plan rape for your daughter, you will not even see it in the spirit realm. Sleep had blinded your eyes. You don’t know that before calamity falls on God’s children, God has warned and sent lots of signals.

But mummy is sleeping. She cannot pray. Satan will rape your daughter, turn your son to a masturbator, you will not know.

Mummy without fire! Mummy that cannot pray! Is this how you want your unborn children to meet you? Is this what you want to tell them? Won’t you pay the price and clear the way for those coming behind you?

I so much love this man Mike Bamiloye. I mean your Mount Zion drama minister. That man paid the price for his destiny. When I watched the movie about his life THE TRAIN, I was wowed. I saw the struggled he faced, the battles he found. How he started Mount Zion drama ministry without a job.

One of his Pastors told him to show him where it is written in the bible that you use drama to preach the word of God? He told to come and learn how to play keyboard in church and close down Mount Zion drama ministry.
That was how they would have buried his destiny.

There were times he didn’t have food to feed his wife and children. But he never gave up. He didn’t quit, he pressed on and continued. Today, his children, Damilola Mike Bamiloye, Joshua Mike Bamiloye and Darasimi Lawrence Oyor are enjoying the labour of their father.

I tell you! Damilola Mike Bamiloye wrote a movie called Abattoir that blessed so many lives all over the world. If his father never manifested his destiny, the world would never have watched a movie called Abattoir.

You are going to pray! Please cry to God! Father! For the sake of my unborn children! Helps me not fail you!

Go ahead and cry!”

To be continued……..

Many of you think that if you cannot do it. God will raise another. I’m not saying that God will not do so. But God taught me something recently that many people are destined by covenant.

The more you keep failing God, the more innocent people are suffering the consequences.

I have seen this in my own life. I failed God. He gave me an instruction and I disobeyed. The next thing that happened, a lady I was disciplining who had been rescued from immorality under me, fell that same period.

I mean, I had not recovered from apologizing to God for disobedience, my mentee was confessing to me that she just went back to her vomit.

Someone innocent is going to be affected by your failure. Don’t continue like this!

Don’t be a Mummy without fire! Don’t be a father that cannot defend his family from the oppression of darkness.
