“What are you doing here?” She asked.

“I….I …..” I stammered.

“Are those tears in your eyes?” She asked.

I quickly started wiping them off my face.

“No I’m fine!”

“How could you stand here on the assembly and suddenly start crying till the point you didn’t know the assembly had ended? This must be nothing but a serious grief! Please, I know you don’t know me, but I like you the moment I saw you.

I knew there was something that was drawing me to you. I just has this nudging to get close to you and know you better. I felt like you had a message for this school and you were sent by the spirit of God to this place.”

I looked at her with shock written on my face.

She patted my shoulder and let out a chuckle.

“Come with me!”

I was not too good with strangers, but I felt safe with her.

We walked up the staircase to the senior secondary school section and arrived at a hall. We met a junior student in the hall seated.

She stood up immediately she saw us and rose up to greet.

“Good morning seniors!” She greeted.

“Good morning Ngozi! God has brought another one for us!” She said smiling.

“Really?” The girl asked grinning.

“Yes!”

She jumped up and rushed to give me a hug.

“You are not alone in this battle. We have sisters and brothers here. Yes! The Lord still has a remnant. His people are still here.” The senior student said.

“By the way, I’m Angela! Angela Adepegba. This is Ngozi. Please can you come here immediately it’s break time. I would really love you to meet the rest of us.”

“The rest of you?” I asked.

“Yes!”

“Are you guys a band or something?”

“I call it more like a family. We are also a portion of God’s remnant in this Sodom of a school. Some of us are trapped by God’s will to remain and pray for the Jerusalem we dwell in.”

“Wow!” I exclaimed.

“Let’s return to our classes. I’ll bring the entire family to welcome you . You’ll see the rest of us and know our mission. We are all God sent. We strengthen one another and pray for one another. I believe it’s time you meet with God’s remnant in Broadway academy.

Just as Elijah once thought he was the only one left, but God corrected him and told him there were 7000 left. We are the remaining 7000. Please classes would soon start. Hurry up and go for your lectures. Meet us here when it’s break time.”

With that, she dismissed us. I felt excited to finally get to meet those who were on my side and could help me. But the incident that occured at the assembly was still fresh on my mind.

I exhaled as I remembered I had an apology to give to God. I had prayers to make. I had to make it up to God.

“Daddy! Please don’t leave me! I need you now more than ever. I can’t do without you. I just can’t do without you. Please give me a second chance to preach. I promise you, I’ll do exactly as you request.

Please daddy! Don’t allow me stay here for one second without your guidance. Don’t allow me become food to my enemies. Show me your will. Show me your plans and purpose of the enemy for my life.”

This prayer was still on my lips when I saw myself talking to a girl. Telling her that I cannot join her.

“Please!” The girl pleaded.

“No! Never! I’ll have nothing to do with darkness. You are darkness and I am light. The temple of God cannot have anything in common with idols.” That was my response when I came back to my senses.

I opened my eyes and discovered I was still praying.

What was that all about? Was that my imagination or was that God revealing something to me?

I remembered when my Dad was teaching me about hearing the voice of God, he made mention that every thought that comes to my heart is not mine. That a spirit is responsible for dropping it either through a whisper, or through images.

So I didn’t make up that thing I saw in my head. So it came because a spirit was trying to tell me something. But who is as that girl? I didn’t see her face clearly in the revelation.

“Daddy! What’s the meaning of what I just saw?”

There was no response.

I quickly remembered my dad taught me that when God I’d not giving you an audible response, open your bible. The bible is the only way to force God to speak. Even if God says I don’t want to reply you. Once you open the bible, you have disarmed God. He is compelled to speak. The bible is the ultimate alternative to turn to when you are confused on what God is saying.

I quickly opened the bible and found a scripture I highlighted. By the way, marking scriptures in the bible is very important. Don’t have a clean bible. One of the proofs of a bible study christian is a marked bible. When you open the bible of someone who eats the word very well, you’ll see different markings of scriptures in it.

I found myself at a scripture and I read.

“1 Corinthians 15:33. Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.”

Haa! What is God saying?

Immediately, my heart arrived at the girl who introduced herself to me. Angela! Haa! How is Angela an evil person?

That was still on my mind when our Physics teacher, Mrs Okoro came in.

We all stood up and greeted her.

“Good morning students!” She replied and beckoned us to have our seats.

“Today! I’m feeling so stressed up that I would love to hear God’s word before we have this class. I’m giving out 15 minutes out of my time to have a student preach to the entire class. I’m almost through with the scheme of work. So, let’s take some time to hear God’s word this morning!

Is there anyone willing to preach to the entire class?”

I was overwhelmed.

I knew this was nothing but my dad’s handwork. I just told him to give me another chance to preach and here it was. Oh my goodness! And this time, fear gripped me badly.

“JULIET! ITS TIME! DON’T KEEP ME WAITING!”

“Haa! Daddy! Please! Not now! Can’t I do it later?”

“JULIET!”

“Daddy please! I didn’t mean what I said I’m sorry!”

“Is anyone coming out?” Mrs Okoro asked.

“Nobody! We all hear the word of God in our church!” Dude replied.

There was an outburst of laughter.

“Madam! No be church we dey, na school we come!” A boy said behind me.

“Shut up! You need God’s word more than everyone in this class! You this predator!” Mrs Okoro replied.

Everyone burst into laughter.

“Is no one coming?”

“No ma!” The class chorused.

“How can a classroom not have a man of God? Every class has one na!”

“Ma! We don’t have a man of God! It’s woman of God we have,” a student replied.

“Woman of God is okay na! Where is she?”

“Juliet Anderson,” the girl answered.

My shoulders jerked.

“Haaa! Daddy! Why are you doing this to me?”

“JULIET! DON’T WASTE MY TIME! THERE’S A SOUL I NEED YOU TO SAVE! SHE MAY DIE TODAY! WHEN YOU SEE ME INSISTING, IT’S NOT BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW WHAT I’M DOING. WHY ARE YOU SO STUBBORN?”

I felt like crying on the spot. Look at the risk I was taking. The blood of a soul would have been required of my hand. God was seriously fighting to rescue me from that.

“Daddy why did you insist like this? You don’t like rebellion, yet you didn’t abandon me as you usually did before and I would have told start looking for Ella to bring you back. Why is today different?”

“YOUR DADDY IS ON HIS KNEES RIGHT NOW. PITY THE CHRISTIAN WHO DOESN’T HAVE AN INTERCESSOR. I RAN AFTER YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR FATHER’S PRAYERS. HE’S THE ONE BEGGING ME ON YOUR BEHALF.”

My tears almost dropped. I had to wipe it off quickly.

“Where is Juliet Anderson?” Mrs Okoro asked.

“I’m here!” I said as I stood up.

“Wow! She’s such a beauty!” A boy said and whistled.

“Predators, close your eyes! This one is out of your reach!” Mrs Okoro said and they all burst into laughter.

“Daddy! This people are joking!” I said within me.

“DO WHAT I ASKED YOU TO DO.”

“Okay sir!”

I stood and faced the entire class.

“Juliet, please give us the word of God!” Mrs Okoro said and sat down to listen.

“Fine girl smile for us na! Which one be this squeeze wey you dey squeeze your face!” A boy said.

“Guy! You need Jesus! You better listen to the word of God and be saved!” Romeo replied.

For that, I gave him a smile. He was surprised to see me smiling at him and quickly returned the smile with a grin.

“That boy is a good boy!” I said within me.

“The babe is smiling now! Romeo, tell us the secret to how you won the heart of this angel?” Dude asked.

“Will you shut up! The next time you make noise in my class, you and your gang will match outside!” Mrs Okoro snapped.

There was silence in the classroom and I was grateful to her for that.

“First, I want to thank Mrs Okoro for giving me this privilege to speak to the entire class. I’m so grateful.

I may not know who God is speaking to, I believe God has a word for you. The bible says, what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

You may crave for it so badly that you do anything to get what you want. You can go to the extent of lying to your parents, your teachers, your friends and sneak out to chase the pleasures of sin. Sin is beckoning in you and you and you think it has something good to offer.

The highest of ecstasy is 5 minutes. Then guilt follows and you cannot live with it. Many of you are busy looking for a way to cure that guilt and instead of running to Jesus, you’re browsing porn videos to take away that heaviness.

Some spend so much time on social media cracking jokes deriving temporary pleasure and satisfaction from the company of online friends.

Why not come to the true life giver? The one who can cleanse you from all your transgressions, purge you and make you white as snow. Why not run to Jesus and be free?

Everything in this world is temporary. It will not last. Even if you say you will not stop fornicating, fornication will stop by itself and leave you to go and look for another customer. Why not stop it today and save yourself from the sword of the devil.

He only comes to steal, to kill and to destroy. He has nothing good to offer. He offers you pornography but in return he’ll take away your academic performance. He offers you a girlfriend, but takes away your focus in life and destiny.

The bible says he that lives in pleasure is dead while he lives. He’s already a dead man walking. The pleasures of sin is the grave of your destiny. Why not run to Jesus?

If you want to surrender to Jesus, please stand up let me pray for you?”

I looked around, expecting the girl God told me about to stand up. Nobody in the class stood up.

“That was a wonderful sermon from our beautiful Miss! Can we celebrate her?” Mrs Okoro said and they all cheered me and clapped their hands.

Clapping? Daddy, these people clapping! Didn’t the word penetrate their hearts? Are they supposed to be weeping for their sins? They still have the boldness to clap.

To be continued…….

Brethren this Juliet need flogging sha
😂🤣😂🤣😂

Who is standing in the gap for you? Who is praying for you?

The bible says, as you want men to do to you, do so unto them. If you pray for others, someone is definitely going to do the same for you.

I remembered the day God gave me this story THE JESUS SLAY QUEENS. I was not even praying that day. I was washing clothes when the urge to pray came strongly on me.

I started speaking in tongues and abandoned what I as doing. That was when the story opened in my spirit and I had to quickly write it down.

I know it not completely my prayers. Someone out there is speaking to God in my behalf.

I want to say, God is the number reason why I’m a writer! But you all are part of the tool he used for me.

Some people would finish reading the story and write in the comment box, “MORE INSPIRATION!”

Do you think that thing is an empty word. Life and death are the power of the tongue.

There are some people who have made it a commitment to pray for bro Ayo everyday. And I was shocked when I found out some have a special day in the week when they set aside to fast and pray for me.

You have all been a blessing to me! I love you all❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘
