The prayers were seriously getting intense. I was so lost in the the prayers now. I told myself that I was ready to die praying and ever since I said that, I had an usual energy.
Though I felt tired at first, but I ignored my feelings and focused on the prayers. It was a struggle. I must not hide it. It was really a struggle and mummy was so inconsiderate. She kept throwing prayers points at us and charging us to pray more.
It was not easy for me, but I wasn’t ready to stop. I told my body that no matter how I feel, I was not going to stop praying. I told myself that no matter how my body cried I wasn’t going to listen. I was so determined to pray and grace came to my rescue.
Suddenly, I discovered that all the pains were gone. I discovered I was praying with ease. I discovered there was no more struggle. This was exactly what I was looking for. I was always waiting for when I would experience the grace of prayer. The grace to tarry in God’s presence until something dramatic happened. I never knew these things were real. I was just smiling all throughout the prayers.
The prayers were over and mummy had left us in the room. We were all sitting on the floor, soaked and weak. We has sweated and sweated till our sweat was sweating. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Anyway, it was night already. We were sitting on the floor.
“Juliet! I want to say I am deeply sorry for all the hurtful things I said to you. Please find a place in your heart to forgive me,” Ella apologized.
“It’s alright! I am already forgiven you before you asked. I knew the normal you would never have said those hurtful words. You are such a darling and so full of love. I forgive you!” I said all smiles.
“Thank you so much!” She said grinning.
“You’re welcome!”
“Can I get a hug?” She said spreading her arms wide.
I quickly crawled to meet her where she was and dived on her. We both landed on the ground laughing.
“What about me?” Susan asked.
“I also need to apologize for…..”
She was still talking when I grabbed her and pulled her to her Ella and I were on the ground. We all laughed together.
I was so happy that the 3 sisters had overcomed the the attack of the devil and were now best of friends.
“We all sat up when I decided to ask a question that was bothering me.
“Girls! There’s something on my mind. Can I share it with you?”
“Go on!” Ella answered.
“Sure you can!” Susan said.
“Okay! You made me understand that God has chosen us and has placed and assignment in our hands. We even gave ourselves a nickname. The Jesus Slay Queens. That’s a wonderful name and a great assignment. But I’m worried. We have not even started the assignment. We are only planning a prayer meeting for the assignment to be successful.
We have boy started, yet we are already losing to the devil. Just one blow from the pit of Hell and we all lost control of out godliness. The devil didn’t even come for us, he only sent a demon from the lowest department in hell and we couldn’t withstand the attack.
My question is, if we are already losing the battle before the battle started. How can we win the battle when it finally starts? We have not yet started the battle and we are losing it. How can we win when it finally starts?”
“Haaa! Juliet! Don’t think that way please. No! You shouldn’t say something like that. Who told you we lost to the devil?”
The bible says the just shall live by faith. We walk by faith not by sight. We don’t let what we see that define us. We define ourselves by what we believe, by our faith in God’s word. We are not only conquerors.
Haaaaa! The bible didn’t call us conquerors. The bible says we are more than conquerors. Wow! And that useless Devil is decieving you, telling you that you’re too weak.
Can you see who you truly are? We are not a weakling. You are a warrior. You are a mighty soldier. You are a Jesus slay queen. I want you to understand that we do not allow what happens to us to define us. You are allowing the devil to place limitations on you, by walking by facts. Facts are lies. Whatever is written in God’s word concerning you is the truth.
So what do you do when you don’t see it he truth of God’s word manifesting in your life? Simple. The bible says pray until your joy is complete. You seek God’s face and begin to command what is written about your life into reality.
Isaiah 45:11. Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
That’s what the bible tells us to do. Command it into manifestation. God is not asking you to walk by sight. Don’t walk by sight what you see. It’s completely evident that satan will fight, but if you have already settled it is n your heart that you are more than a conqueror, then that’s who you’re going to be.
The children of Israel when to spy the land of Canaan. The saw large walls, fortified and fenced cities. That was not enough, they also saw the giants in that place. That was enough to say God was sending then on a sucide mission. God told them to go ahead and fight against those giants.
They lost faith in God. They walked by the imagination of their sights. They said they were grasshoppers in the sights if the giants. They said the giants would crush them in one single step. They told God that the devil to as too much for them. That they would lose to him. They told God Broadway academy was too much to conquer for Jesus.
God didn’t say anything. God only gave them a simple reply and you’ll find that reply in Numbers 14:28. Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:
As you have what?”
“Spoken in my ears!” Susan and I replied.
“That was all God wanted. Of you say you are a failure. God will personally make you a failure! That’s what you said na!”
“Jesus is Lord!” I said.
“Ha! Na wetin your Bible talk oh! No be me write am ooo! As ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you. The bible says life and death are in the power of the tongue. Whatever you say about yourself becomes your experience and reality.
That’s why the bible says, let the weak say I am strong and let the poor man say I am rich. It’s not because they are telling lies. If you’re poor and yours still opening your mouth to say I am poor on top of your poverty, you are dooming yourself.
Speak positively. I know facts are there, but God is a God without limitations.
That was the reason why Zachariah was made dumb until his son, John the Baptist was born. He was an anointed man of God. That anointing was on his mouth. Whatever he spoke was what would happen.
This man had waited and waited for God to give him a son, untill his faith was completely dead. He didn’t believe God could give him a son anymore. He was prepared to live the test of his life here on earth without a child at the end of the day.
So God who had planned to prepare a great general of the faith through him, had to send one if the highest ranking angels in heaven. Normally any angel could deliver the message, but sending Gabriel who was among the angels that stood in the presence of God was to prove to him that this message was directly from God’s throne room in heaven.
But when the angel gave him the news. Zachariah saw it as nothing. He looked at the impossibilities surroundings his ever having a child and replied the God of possibilities with impossibilities.
The angel was angry with him. But the real reason why God had to lock this man’s mouth was that God was in a serious business here. He needed to send who he wanted to send and Zachariah was was a priest in the spiritual realm to speak the birth of a great man of God into manifestation was about to use his anointed mouth to stop the birth of the forerunner. Gid had to lock up his mouth in order to stop him from creating problems through his lack of faith.
God never intended to allow Israel spend 40 years in the wilderness. But they caused it by themselves. They slowed down the hand of God by they negative confession.
Now gid was about to send the forerunner of Jesus to the earth and here was a man, about to slow down his hand once again. No! God quickly closed his mouth. We don’t have spare time to wait for you to have faith. We are moving with speed. If you are too slow to run with us, we will drag you along.
If Zachariah had spoken that it was impossible to bear a child, it would continue to remain impossible. So God quickly closed his mouth and stopped him from creating another problem in his eternal agenda.”
“Wow!” Susan exclaimed.
I was shocked at the revelation of what I Ella said. God had to shut down Zachariah’s mouth because he would have spoken negatively against God’s agenda and with the authority of his mouth, he would have stopped God.
Wow! We humans wield incredible powers. Even God respects our ability to create and to destroy. He will never interfere with our decisions. Whether it is made out of ignorance or willingly. The earth is seriously governed by principles. Even God is obedient to the rules of the spirit realm.
A priest or a child of God must learn to speak positively. We don’t walk by facts, we walk by faith. So even though I failed yesterday, what does the word of god have to say about me? The word of god was I am more than a conqueror! That who I am. I am not a loser, neither am I a failure.
This is awesome!
“Juliet we would be meeting tomorrow. I want tomorrow’s meeting to be well organized. We are going to have a praise and worship session, prayer session and the message. So I want us to share it among ourselves. Which part will you take?”
“I’ll take the prayers!” Susan said.
“I knew that was your area of specialty,” I said grinning.
“I’ll take the praise and worship session!” Ella said.
“I’ll take the worship!” I said.
“Actually! It’s been taken already!” Susan replied me.
“Okay! So which one am I taking?”
“You’re going to give us the message for tomorrow’s meeting,” Ella said.
I chuckled.
Me ke? Preach! Ewooo! This people will not kill me oooo!
“Why do you laugh the laughter of mummy Sarah?” Ella asked.
“Who is mummy Sarah?” I asked.
“Sarah in the bible of course! When God said she was going to give us a son, she started laughing immediately.”
I burst into laughter.
“Ella don’t finish me ooo! The Rhema on top of your head is too much. I didn’t know there was a kind of laughter called the laughter of mummy Sarah. No wonder she names her son Isaac, which means laughter.”
We all burst into laughter.
“So it’s settled! Tomorrow! We would be here again. I’ll be taking the worship and praises. Susan will be taking the prayer session. And our young firey woman of God will give us the bread of life!”
“Ella! I’m not a firey……”
“Shush! Life and death are in the power of the tongue!” Ella said interrupting me.
“Okay! Sorry! I’m a firey woman of……. Can you remove woman of God and change it to girl of God?”
The girls burst into laughter.
“There’s nothing like girl of God in the bible. Only woman of God!” Susan answered.
“Okay! I’m a firey Jesus baby angel! I’m a Jesus baby girl on fire!”
They all burst into laughter.
“Juliet! You have made is to forget our hunger. You’re such a blessing. Your sense of humour is out of their world.” Susan said.
“Honestly! I thought being spiritual meant we should not laugh. I was almost taking laughter to be a sin. I was always looking like a warlord. Very serious all the time. I was really inspired by Juliet’s jovial spirit!” Said Ella.
I was just looking at them. The same people who said terrible things about me, were now making me to blush.
“But Daddy! I don’t have a message to give them tomorrow!” I said inwardly.
“I ALREADY HAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOU. SHOULD I GIVE YOU THE TITLE?”
“Yes please!”
“DELILAH!”
I almost thought I heard wrong. How was Delilah the title of a message?

Isaiah 57:19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him.
There is something called the fruit of the lips. You create your own reality. You speak your own possibilities.
Sadly, many believers are using this ability wrongly. They will say, ‘This thing is hard!’
That’s how it will become hard automatically.
Some will say, ‘I will fail this exam! I don’t think I can pass this exam!’ automatically, that how they’ll fail the exam.
Are you going to speak positively or negatively against yourself?
Hmmmmm! I’m bordered about this title of Juliet’s message “DELILAH!”
