MALDIVES
Greta had a nice warm bath, she put on a fitted knit top, Jeans and Flats
She felt her hair rising at the back of her neck, she pushed the hair from the neck and ran a comb through her hair, instead of braids she brushed her hair into a ponytail
Greta carefully picked up her phone from the table as she swankily walked out of her suite
She was enjoying her stay in Maldives, she visited so many beautiful places like Bikini beach, Sounds Bank. Islands, Bandaara Kilhi. Bodies of water
Greta already had a friend within few days of staying in Maldives, her new friend, Josh also stays in the same hotel with Greta and they’ve been communicating frequently
Greta decided to free her mind from thinking about Chester until she returned back to Sydney, that was the major reason she make friends with Josh
She sat down quietly at the hotel restaurant, enjoying the evening breeze, a cool breeze touched the warmth of her cheeks as she smiled briefly
Greta ordered for a fruit wine and sipped it slowly as she pressed her phone
She remembered her sister, Ximena and sighed softly, she had been trying to communicate with her through calls, text and on social media but she got no response from Ximena
“I hope she’s fine,” Greta muttered as she continued sipping her wine
“Angel”, Josh beamed a smile as he sat next to Greta
He had been keeping an eye on her to know when she would be at the hotel restaurant so as to engage in a conversation with her
“Hi Josh,” Greta returned the smile
Josh was also cute and he looked like someone she had met before but she couldn’t be so sure
“What are you doing here?” Greta asked the question she had wanted to ask Josh
She came for vacation in Maldives to cool off her head but she doesn’t know what Josh was doing in Maldives or probably in the hotel
“My brother owns this hotel but I’m in charge of it, I stays here,” Josh shrugged
“Your brother must be very rich, I heard that this is best luxury hotel in Maldives,” Greta said
Josh was a man of extreme simplicity, she didn’t know that his brother was the owner of the biggest luxury hotel in Maldives and Josh never bragged about his family wealth, maybe he doesn’t like to brag, what a perfect gentleman!
“I like you Greta, I know you are here on vacation but I can also visit Sydney because of you, don’t you like me?” Josh asked
They sat gazing at each other, he took her hand and held on very tightly
“I like you too Josh, you’re such a perfect man but I have a boyfriend, just that we had a little misunderstanding,” Greta murmured as she lower her gaze staring at the wine on the table
She liked Josh but she didn’t want to cheat on Chester
“Okay… I will wait for you angel,” Josh whispered
Greta didn’t understand his statement but she kept quiet
Josh later ordered for dinner for both of them
“let’s dig in” Josh uttered as they started eating, enjoying their meal quietly .
