Lade was good at doing good. She was kind to a fault, she was hardworking, she was faithful. You could call Lade an angel, but it felt like her life was not receiving the reward she ought to get.
She was gradually losing hope, she was beginning to lose heart. She stopped attending service regularly, she decided to loosen her reins at work.
One day, the C.E.O of the company where she was working decided to gift the first staff to get to the office some money and a brand new car. He discussed it with the Branch Manager and Soji, the branch manager knew without a doubt Lade was going to get the gift. Lade was always the first to get to work…
Unfortunately, like it is always fondly said ; Lade’s village people kept her from standing up from the bed at the usual time. She laid on the bed asking herself…
” What’s the point in being good and faithful? Nothing to show for it. Look at the small & terrible apartment I am living in” She kept complaining about everything for close to an hour. Eventually, she stood up and got ready for work.
Lade got to work when the CEO was handing over the gift of N2 million and a brand new car to Imade. Imade was the staff that would get to work by 9:30am, but that day she got to work earlier than everyone…
Imade was so excited she kept on shouting…
” See God ooo, and today that I made up my mind to be like Lade and resume work early, see how God surprised me…Thank you Lade for being a good example…”
The Manager moved closer to the heartbroken Lade…
” Lade, What happened today of all days? I thought without a doubt that you would get these gifts”
Tears dropped from her cheeks as she turned to manager and said..
” I got weary, I got discouraged!”
” Ha! Lade…let’s not get tired or discouraged of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up; Galatians 6:9″
Dear Friend, Don’t give up on that business, child, career, marriage, very soon you will be rewarded.

Oh Lord, give me strength to stay faithful to my good cause in Jesus name
Oh Lord, my reward will not find me unavailable in Jesus name.
Oh Lord, let not my reward be diverted to someone else in Jesus name.
Arrow of weariness fired at my heart backfire in Jesus name.
